Happy Mother's Day to my mama!!

I was wondering how I managed to be the person I am today.

And then tonight when I got ready to post this I realized why!

It is because of the mom I have. She is the most wonderful mom

I could ask for. She raised her kids with good morals and a good

heart. I remember certain memories growing up about her. I loved

when she cleaned she would hum and whistle it was neat to watch

and listen to her when she was on a roll. She one time drove myself,

Penny and either my niece Kim or Mary one night to Salem when

we were into Portland wrestling and they were performing at the Salem

armory. We got lost and drove around for a while. I dont think she wanted

to but she did. She worked graveyard for most of our growing up and looking

back I know she didnt get much sleep. She never complained. When we were

in grade school she would take us to Taco Bell everyday after school so that

we could get these glass disney cups and we ended up with a really nice set.

She saved them for us when we left home she gave them to us. The other day

when I stopped she was in her room sitting at a table with her glasses on

working on a coin set in a really nice glass case. She said I am working on this

for you each kid will have one. It made me cry. She made sure we never went

without even if she had too. What more can I say I love you Mom with all my

heart. Happy Mother's Day!!

I Am A Dreamer

I really want a room like this. I dream of a

scraproom to call my own. A place where I

can fill up with all my clutter and fun finds.

I have been looking out for a set of lockers

like these. I saw these pics on one of my fav

blogs. That is all tonight.

What a Monday

Last night I put my shudders up! What a find for 3.99!

People ask if after spending all day with food serving people

if I cook well most of the time it is box food or something easy.

Or with everyone going different directions we just take care

of are self. But tonight I made the chicken rice dish that we all

like. Very easy and takes about an hour. Now I am miserably

full.

After the effort I made cleaning house all day yesterday this

is what it looks like most of the time. No wonder I am tired.

Today was a Monday that could of went better from the start.

No sleep last night, and I dropped everything at work that I

picked up. Put the milk in the cupboard and the chips in the

fridge. I can only hope tomorrow is a better day, starting with a

good night sleep. So enjoy your evening and good night.

Desperate for a blog

Found this one day while out with Penny. Havent found a
place for it yet and you can tell I am keeping up with changing
the dates. NOT!!

Finally got this shelf hung up. One of those projects that just
sits there for quite sometime. But sure like where I put it.
Have some ideas for this wall. I have some window panes that
I want to try adding some blk and wht photo's in them. Hope
to start that this week.


And of course one more layout of Londyn. Wow cant believe
how well the colors go with my upstairs bathroom. Think it
would be funny to frame in and put it up. Probably not.. She
just turned 15mo and is a sponge at learning. She amazes me.
She is off the bottle now. And says potty and runs to the potty.
She hasnt went yet but it wont be long I am sure. Lazy day today,
just managing to head to the shower, cleaned house, took a nap,
and hoping for a good night sleep. Enjoy your week...

My place is a Zoo!!!!

I sure feel like my place is a zoo most of the time. Mitzie is

really a good fit for our family. She gets along with all of us.

As you can tell Londyn wants to be right in the middle of it

all. Very rarely do the pets get to eat or drink in peace.

Today I am tired of chores, pets, toys, weeds. Busy weekend.

This was the view from the villa on the drive away from it. The
dog following us up and out. I think I will enlarge this in black
and white. Love it!!! I dream of this place seriously. The peace
and quiet. No demand, no laundry, no chores... I can dream

A Little Behind

After a busy day she fell asleep reading a book.

A little late with some Easter photo's. She really didn't care

to much. But it was fun anyways. She called the eggs apples

had fun dropping them on the floor. Of course gammy had to

keep an eye on the real eggs in the fridge for a few days so

she didnt drop them on the floor.

Today is a beautiful day and I so

want to jump in and tackle so much. Especially the back yard

but my body says different. My mind tells me that there will

be many nice days ahead. So instead the bedding all needs washed

so that is the first tackle of the day. Enjoy your Sunday..
