Anne was fortunate enough to be able to photograph this wonderland last month, and she is beyond thrilled to help her dear friend Robin and John present this treasure to the world.
"On earth as it is in Heaven" And indeed it is.Nestled in the beautiful Bandera countryside, in the heart of the Texas hill country, is a slice of Heaven on earth.
"On earth as it is in Heaven"Surrounded by majestic ranches, the former homestead of renowned clothing designer Robin "Magnolia Pearl" Brown and John Gray is being offered for sale, and utopian paradise hardly describes the treasures to be found on this exceptional property. On 38 acres, this expansive estate features 3 complete homes with central heat and air, 18 external structures, 3 delightful outdoor shower / baths
supplied by on demand hot water heaters, and imaginatively adorned structures such as a whimsical chicken coop complete with chandelier and birdhouses galore.

Upon entering the living spaces, you will be charmed to discover that not only do all the fully functioning appliances convey, but that artistic adornments are found around each and every corner.Between the 3 houses, enchantments such as antique cast iron beds, 25 chandeliers collected from around the world, 3 clawfoot tubs, large stone fireplaces, and spacious porches, are only the beginning. The interior walls were a captivating canvas for hand-painted artistic designs, true works of art in and of themselves.
The interior ceilings are covered in antique tins rescued and restored from an abandoned movie theater
in New York City. The bath in the main house boasts a magnificent sink designed by Robin herself,
featuring an abundance of antique French majolica roses acquired from the Marbuger Farm Antique Show.

In keeping with this theme, the entry gate leading up to the main house is framed by a spellbinding stone archway also designed by Robin. This too is embellished by the same lovely majolica roses as well as an exquisite antique cloisonne vase which belonged to Robin's grandmother.
This labor of love, 12 years in the making, was where Robin's internationally acclaimed clothing line was birthed. It has been featured in numerous magazine publications as well as also being the subject of a book
published by Country Living.
