I took my daybed off the porch and stored it for winter. I used this burlap bench I got over the summer.
Hard to believe it is fall.. What a beautiful day it was today... I got this big galvanized bucket from my brother and added this apron around it.. I am going to add mums in the next couple of days.
Remember these burlap bags I scored at St. Vinnie's for $1.99 well I thought why not add a pillow and flowers.
Took a few pictures of this shelf. Old and metal. I love the detail. It was at a barn sale Penny and I went to Friday evening.. $7.00 what a score. However I didnt hang it well and the door shut and everything broke on top. So back up it went but empty.. except for the bathroom sign.
Also scored this old box for $5.00!
And this old old chair for $5.00. It called out my name.. Even with the tear and not being able to sit in it. I hope to get it redone sometime.
Look at the handles and old wheels. I really like this chair... I am off to rest after a busy day working on the porch, yard, house and playing with my beautiful granddaughter Londyn (oh how I love her)! Blessings Pam
This Custom Brass Silhouette Necklace with Monogram charm and Rose cabochon and brass wing has been offered to one of http://fishtailcottage.blogspot.com/ readers by Kerstin over at http://www.etsy.com/shop/craftedbykerstin.
Kerstin has been a featured seller on Etsy and I found the interview with her to be so very interesting. It was her son that inspired her to create a special birthday gift for her mother. I love it that over time she has hand made each piece to be unique for each order that has been placed on her site. Cufflinks, necklaces, charm bracelets, vinyl silhouette for framing, of a cherished family member or pet. What a treasured keepsake she has created for so many.

Penny and I went there after hitting a garage sale in her area Sat afternoon.. It was the end of the day and the best part of the day.. We had a wonderful visit with her. She sells the most amazing chocolates.. Along with being a florist. She has a beautiful garden.. She has some amazing talent.. One of these places that might look intimidating at first but she is so down to earth and makes you feel right at home.
So I believe these were on Oprah's favorites list. She made a cute box of two for me my choice of them..
So if you ever need a bouquet or a bag or box of chocolates check her out. I am sure she can custom make anything for you.. I do not have a green thumb at all, but I couldnt help falling in love with this little plant.. We will see how long I have it. I am grateful for my family, friends, and people that truly bless me with the small acts of kindness sometimes. You know the kind that send chills down your spine.. Hope you have a great evening. Blessings Pam
