Had my reservations...

when my granddaughter wanted to get her ears pierced.. I mean she really wanted them done. Only being 3 and remembering how I took care of my ears as a child NOT   I was thinking this was a really bad idea. I dont know why I would think any less she is amazing and has done great.. Not a single problem and she is letting her mommy clean them three times a day.. They are little hello kitty earrings.. So glad her auntie took her as I wouldn't of been able to handle it... Project burnout and a Treasure!

 Sorry it was dark, yes I was outside late last night taking a picture of my new birdhouse... It was one my mom had. All wood and natural color. I spray painted white and can use it for the different seasons. Right now it has a nest with eggs in it. How cute for fall would little pumpkins be in it?

 This screen came from my sister Penny who got it I believe from our friend Heidi! Anyways she gave it to me. It was a natural color and I painted it white today. Very poor  job if you really want to know the truth. Not in the mood but wanted to get it done and to much in a hurry. One day I will touch it up.. Think how cute the linen would be with a print on it...

 These are the burlap bags I got at St. Vinnies for1.99 I have been adding little flowers to them.. I like how they are turning out.

 I am collecting these little flower frogs.. I stopped at a sale yesterday and found one for 2.00.. I then came across these little date cards and bingo cards in my scraproom. How cute to change out each month..

 My new treasure for the office. Trying to go a little industrial in there. Feel bad every room is shabby chic. This was my dads adding machine.. I Love it.

The problem for me:

Having a space at the local shabby store and shopping for it but not wanting to get rid of things. However I have done really well since we moved. I have  given things away, taken to goodwill, and to my space.. So I justify with keeping a few things. Is that wrong?

 This cute hall tree was suppose to head to my space but it is old and I love it so guess I will hold onto it for awhile.

 Found three heavy metal iron pieces for $5.00 for all three.. Only one pictured. I am waiting to see if Penny wants one as these are totally her thing!

 While my family was preparing for a sale at my parents they found this window tucked away and probably had been for twenty years. Of course I am keeping this. They saw it and said where is Pam!

This mantle was a must have last year and when we moved here we didnt have the space for it... So was considering taken to my space but for now it is tucked behind my bed. To much I wonder.. Had I known I was putting it there I probably wouldnt of hung the mantle shelf there.. Still a work in progress. I am getting ready to redo a dresser that was red and it will be white. Tomorrow is the last day of:

Swimming Lessons! We  had her signed up the the tennis club for more private lessons. I think she learned alot in 8 sessions.. I thought she would be bummed that tomorrow is her last day but she has wanted her ears pierced for sometime and was told she could get them done after swimming. I have had the joy of taking her to each one. The first day the instructor said show mommy and Londyn said that is my gammy.. Everybody looked and was surprised. Of course I couldnt be more delighted.. Now her mommy leaves for Seattle tomorrow so we will have her for a few days... So that is one reason I have been very slow at blogging... Shabby Love!

 This mantle shelf was in my booth at Not To Shabby..  I fell in love with it and just had to bring it home. I spray painted it white and put in my bedroom.

 My room is a work in progress. I love the high ceilings in this house.. I am slowing hanging things up and filling my home..

 I had a moment the other day and stopped at the Goodwill. I havent had time in so long to stop and so glad that I did. This shabby table had just been put out. It was 9.99! I grabbed it right up. I put it on my porch but it made its way into the house..

 A gift from my sister Penny. I think it has to be one of the cutest scentsy's ever made. My dad owned a buisness called Owl Hoot and I think that is why I love it so much. It makes me think of him each time I look at it.

 Also at the Goodwill. I am in love with this piece also. I carried it around put it back, picked it back up and so glad I did.. I would of been bummed to of passed it up.

This shabby can was at Not to Shabby also.. I had to have it. It is perfect in the kitchen dont you think? It is peeling on top and the guys think I am crazy but  I love it too. I have been so busy and last night I had this feeling of Who Am I? Where did I go? I use to have so much enjoyment in creating..I am finally feeling back to normal a bit. I played in my house most of the day and am so blessed and thankful for each day that I am given.... A shout out to my friend Trish.. Thanks so much for  your help last weekend at my sale.. I couldnt believe how much scrapstuff I had. I had a great day with some catch up time with a great friend. No matter how much time goes by we can pick up where we left off.. Blessings Pam
