Welcome Spring!

We are getting so excited around here for Spring. Today being the first day of spring how fitting for the note Londyn left on my paper. She is 5 and I think she did a great job.
Finally moved my dad's locker in from the porch. It was in his shop for years and years. I remember being a kid and admiring it. So when he passed last year I asked if I could have it. My husband grumbled when I asked for help moving it in the entry way. I am not sure where it is going yet, but definitely a keeper. I need to declutter a little. I just have such a hard time parting with things. My new motto is when I bring something in something has to go! We will see how long that lasts.
Love all my finds pictured above. I cant wait to get my hands dirty and plant some flowers in my planters.. I have never been much of a blue person but as of late I am liking it.
This picture of Londyn cracks me up and makes me pout at the same time. St. Patty's day my sister Penny and myself took her to the mall and spoiled her. She got her nails and toes done, trip to the jewelry store, new earrings and glasses. She loves glasses, they are fake of course. The next day I took her mama and myself back to the mall to get pedicures. She had to ride along until her pampa could pick her up. She begged and begged to get her toes done again. We told her she had her turn the night before. Broke my heart, I almost gave in. All was well when her pampa came and took her to Costco where she got a blanket wrapped with a pillow in the shape of a yellow duck.. So happy today is the first day of Spring. Today's inspiring blog is:! Hope you have a great day! Blessings Pam

  1. Such a cute picture of Londyn! I'd sure be smiling if I was treated to a day that she had.

  2. Your message on the paper roll speaks volumes. Love it.
I adore that you want your dad's locker in your home. Genius idea, it has such special memories for you.
And...Londyn's pictures are so cute, my niece made that same face "getting her ears pierced", too funny!!!

  3. londyn is so cute, even with a sad face:) love the old locker, pam:) happy spring!

  4. I love your new (old) locker! Looks good where you put it. It's a good idea to replace things instead of adding to things if you already have a lot.

We do not remember days we remember moments!
