I am Truly Blessed!

I am truly blessed. Penny and I drove out to Halsey
and had great snacks and wine tonight. Beautiful
people, beautiful drive. Tomorrow is my dad's 82nd
birthday and rumor is my sister is bringing him in to
visit his girls at Izzy's, I cant wait. Off to rest now.

I spend way to much time dreaming~

What were thinking the other day Penny when we passed up

a free wheelbarrow. I need to spend less time dreaming and more

time creating. I miss my scrapping alot. Enjoy your evening.

I saw this one on top at Rustic Frills
a couple of weeks ago when Susanne and
I went. We had a nice time catching up. They
wanted $85.00 for it and I just didnt have that
much at the time.

A Weekend of Projects and a little Rest

I so tried I really did. No garage sales this weekend and then

of course right across the street~ What was a girl to do. This

bench was $5.00 couldnt help myself. Pillow cases were from

another but thought they were perfect for the bench.

She loves to help with projects. Everyday on her own she goes and

gets the shovel and cleans dog poop w/o being asked. I am hoping

the ----! fix the fence. Wal-Mart that is!

Another treasure I brought home from my dad's

yesterday. It was laying in a pile of wood. Picture it

in a light white or light pink in my room. Of course

my family looked at me and said NO!

Today I painted this. It has been at the side of the house for

sometime. I need to organize it. I have a little bird bath for the birds.

When I look out my kitchen window I can see the stand and watch the

birds. Most of this Londyn put on it. She loves to decorate. Not to bad.

I use to say as long as I had heat and coffee I was

happy, now it is heat, coffee, scentsy!

Londyn picked flowers for me! love them.

Curtains on the left replaced the curtains on the right. From

garage sale across the streets. Brand new in package &1.00 pair

Last Weeks Sales

Okay this was the back of Penny's car. We just hoped people

didnt come to talk to us as we would of been so embarrased. And

guess what they did~

I loved all my shabby stuff and my $2.00 crate

About $4.00 worth of stuff! Love the yellow bowl!

Can never have to many windows right?

Wouldn't be a good day if I didnt find a pile of stuff for

Londyn!

cover it for me to match the chair she is redoing

for me!

Staying home this weekend and getting projects

done and resting I need it! I did hit a garage sale

across the street yesterday and found some cute things

including another one of these crates for Penny for

$3.00. Someone told me if was from the 40's. Penny

called me twice to tell me how much she liked it. I said

I want it back.. But dont think she will part with it now.

Making of the Cloche

Last Thursday I went to Brittany's for craft night

I took some chicken wire that was laying around my

parents and I sat while Brittany made me this. I love

how it turned out. Thanks for letting me sit and relax!

Feeling Creative~

Penny was throwing out this old wood I took it all. I played

around with it tonight. Thinking I could put hooks on it and put

it on my fence. Now I may have to make a few more. Any requests

Penny?

Up Do in the Bathroom

Target (Shabby Chic) but found for $2.00 garage sale

Oops no flash. Anyways bathroom was hot pinks,

and lime greens for sometime. I like the new colors of brown,

white and pink. Yellow pitcher on toilet a $1.00 and the hat

was free! Found cream and brown rugs for $3.00. I love a new

find.

A little Spray Paint

Okay so this was a find at Heidi's garage sale
this weekend. It is a touch lamp~it has a three
way bulb in it. I paid $1.00

I spray painted it white, removed the blue thread
on the shade.. Thinking of putting a different shade
on it. Or trying it w/o shade and using flickering
bulbs. I love it!!

I redid the main upstairs bathroom with all new

stuff I got at the sales this weekend. I think for like

$6.00. Will share pics another night. Doug left today

with Josh for Canada and I had so many things I wanted

to do but as you can see it is like 11:30 and I am just now

heading towards bed. I did make a tan for myself today it

was the best ten minutes I had all day. Saw Jordan and

Londyn for a bit. Had a great visit with Daelene. (Like old

times) cleaned the refrigerator, cat box, vacumned, laundry

and worked on top of it. I am pooped. Goodnight.
